Beauty and Makeup What I Think Wednesday

Amore Pacific facial cream Review

May 22, 2019

This month, when I received my Allure Beauty Box I was once again THRILLED from what I found in my box. The Allure Beauty Box is one of three sub boxes I get and I’m so glad I decided to try it out. At first, I only signed on because the ‘signing bonus’ was a Sunday Riley oil, full size. Since Sunday Riley is so expensive, this was my shot to get to try it. The bonus changes, I believe, from month to month. You get sample size products as well as one or two full sized products.
In the box this month there was a cream from Amore Pacific, a brand I had never heard of. Yet when I tried it, I was taken aback by how luxurious it was.

The sample was in this gorgeous little jar with ‘gold’ accents. The cream was Amore Pacific’s Youth Revolution Radiance Creme and Masque. The whole top twisted off to reveal a fairly deep pot, for a sample. It is plastic but from looks, it just looks luxurious. I had no clue how luxurious this product was. That is, until I found it on the Sephora website. For 1.7oz you would have to pay $200 (minus tax) to make this amazing cream yours. I nearly hit the floor when I saw the price. I was hoping to get the full size one day… Yeah, that ‘one day’ is going to take a few years. The first hint that this was a luxury product was the scent. I don’t know how to describe it, it’s a light floral scent with a hint of something I can’t quite put my finger on but it smells so luxurious. It’s thick but not so thick that it’s hard to apply and it’s not so think that it’s just dripping off your fingers before you can get it to your face. I can see why they would price it so high because it really does work and the few days I’ve let myself use it, my skin feels so nice and hydrated and gorgeous that it makes me want the product even more! If you have the money, I would say get it. Go and get it right now. Here, here’s the link to the product page on the Sephora website. If you can’t, try to pick up a sample from your Sephora (if they carry it in your store). You won’t regret trying it, promise.

There’s my two cents on this gorgeous, expensive, face cream. Have you had a chance to try this or is there something that you love and would like to share? I hope you enjoyed today’s post. If there is anything you would like to see me try and review, be sure to let me know! Have a great rest of your week and I’ll see you on Friday! XO❤
