Hello my beauties! Crew call yesterday was in the afternoon instead of the morning so that by the time we got home all three of us were exhausted. So today I bring to you my weekly favorites from this past week. I’ve tried to split them up into sections that I hope will be helpful. Let’s get started, shall we?😊

Skincare

I’ve just started using Bio-Oil in my morning skincare because I ran out of my Argan Oil and I wanted to try something new. The bottle holds more than the jar my Argan Oil was in, so that is really nice. It’s a bit more of a dry oil but it still feels really nice on my skin. I’ve also got back to using BB creams on days when I don’t want a heavy foundation or CC+ Cream. I use the Garnier BB Cream for oily/combo skin for light to medium skin tones. It is very liquidy and runny so I have to be careful when getting the product out because it can go everywhere if I’m not careful. It’s a nice wash of light coverage, perfect for errands or just staying in.

Eyes

For my eyes this week I have been loving this Tarte Dream Big palette that I got in my Ipsy Glam Bag Plus last month. There are so many great colors in this palette, I used it when I had to fly back to the east coast unexpectedly. It is lacking in mattes, there are two but I do wish there was a third. Other than that, it’s a great palette. When it comes to eyelash glue, I prefer the brush on style and I need it to be clear. I’ve been using the i-envy Super Strong Hold Eyelash Adhesive in Clear to attach my falsies. It brushes on nicely, doesn’t gloop up on the band, and gets tacky a bit quicker than other brush ones I have used. I bought two when I purchased this on Amazon, and now I am really glad I did.

Face

I pulled out an old favorite to rediscover it, the Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder in Translucent Extra Coverage. I picked this up in college when there were a lot of students talking about it and loving it. There is a lot of product so it will last me forever and a day. There is a ‘grandma’ smell, not bad just there. I’ve been testing out my new (to me) Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer. I have fallen for this product. I purchased the color ‘Bronzer’ instead of the lightest color. For once, the lightest shade was going to be too light for me. I’ve been loving the Milani Baked Blush in ‘Luminoso’. I know, for many of you that’s not a new color but it’s new to me. I never thought I could wear peach but this blush has changed my mind. It is a gorgeous blush with a slight sheen making it perfect for spring.

Lip and Cheek

The highlighter I’ve been adoring and using almost every day is the Colourpop Super Shock Cheek highlighter in ‘Felicity’. This highlighter is one of the more unique highlighters I own. It’s a white/cream and light pink base with purple iridescent shimmers running through it. It’s not an everyday highlighter but it’s gorgeous, especially for special occasions or when you want to feel special. I have been falling over and over again for the Colourpop x Kathleen Lights ‘Moon Child’ lip gloss. This is a gorgeous tanish colored lip gloss with gold glitter running through it. For me, it’s one of those glosses I can slap on without a mirror or when I don’t know what else to put on my lips.
