What I Think Wednesday: Bio Oil

Hello my beauties and welcome back! And if you’re new, hello! For this week I really wanted to review my new Bio Oil. I am a creature of habit so switching one of my oils was a big deal.

I purchased this Bio Oil when I ran out of my Argan Oil. I use this in the morning after my toner and facial spray but before my daily lotion. This is the 2oz bottle that I got from Amazon for under $10. That is one reason I chose it. That and I couldn’t find an Argan Oil I liked. I am really happy with my choice, it’s not too ‘slick’ oily but it’s also not a super dry oil either. It claims to help lessen scars and stretch marks. I have yet to see that happen but I’ve been using it for less than a month and only once a day so I have to give it time. There is a scent but I can’t put my finger on what the scent is. It does not attack your senses and it dissipates after it is applied. The way you have to get the product out is also new to me. The Argan Oil I was using and the Maracuja Oil I still use both were droppers. This has a stopper in the top with a hole so you sort of have to pour it out. I was surprised that, even when I’m not super careful, the product doesn’t just come spilling out. I have noticed a boost in hydration instead of just using lotion but not as much as I got with the Argan Oil. All in all, though, I’m really enjoying using this product and I think it will help to diminish the look of my acne scars over time.

Short and sweet, just like me 😉 I’d love to hear what facial oils you like to use in the morning or if you even use facial oils in the morning. For now I shall say goodbye and I’ll be seeing you on Friday. XO ❤
