Soft Makeup Look

Hello my beauties and thank you for stopping by! Today I want to share with you a soft makeup look I created using the products you see above and a few more. The weather is finally sunny again here so that really inspired my look. It’s not technically ‘spring like’ per se but it is inspired by the warmer weather. I’m going to list all of the products I used so, if you like what you see, you can go and get it! 😊

Base products:
Primer: Becca Backlight Priming Filter
Foundations: Revlon Colorstay Full Cover Foundation in 150 Buff
Concealer: Revolution Conceal and Define concealer in C1 and C3
Powder (eye area only): Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in 003 Natural
Eye Primer: NYX Jumbo Pencil in 604 Milk
These are all some of my tried and true products, ones that I knew I loved. I didn’t powder my entire face this time to give a fresh look. I did set my under eyes and my eye primer, though, to prevent creasing.

Face products:
Bronzer: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer
Cream Blush: Colourpop Blush Stix in More is More
Cream Highlighter: Colourpop Lite Stix in Urth
Powder Blush: Lorac Baked Matte Satine Blush in Flaunt
Powder Highlighter: Maybelline x NikkieTutorials Master Chrome highlighter
I used two blushes and two highlighters to increase the impact they have. Since I didn’t powder my face, I was able to use the two Colourpop cream products. I love them so much, I want to try more of them! I’m really trying to use the Too Faced bronzer because it’s in my Project Pan for this year (check that out here). I really have to force myself to use it though because it isn’t one I gravitate to.

Brows:
Brow Powder: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Taupe
Brow Gel: NYX Control Freak eyebrow gel
These two are a staple in my collection. I love using the lighter powder on the inside of my brows and the darker powder on the outer tail of my brows. The Control Freak gel was something I picked up out of desperation, and I’m glad I did.

Eyeshadow:
Eyeshadow Palette: Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina palette
Transition: Incense
Crease: Passion
Outer lid: Celestial
Inner lid: Wild child
Inner corner: Dreamer
Browbone: Base
This has quickly become one of my favorite palettes to use at the moment. The colors are perfect for spring, the purples and pinks and shimmers, in general, are my favorite.

Eyes:
Top liner: Suva Beauty cake liner in Grease
Waterline: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Perversion
Mascara: Colourpop BFF Volumizing Mascara in Black on Black
The Suva cake liner is one of my all time favorite eyeliners. With a thin brush, you can create the thinnest, most beautiful line. The Urban Decay liner has been a staple in my collection for years now and it won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. The Colourpop mascara reminds me a lot of the Better than Sex mascara, which is one of the reasons I like it so much.

Lips:
Lip Crayon: Nars Rikugien Satine Lip Pencil
I got this as a birthday gift a few years back and I found it to be perfect for today’s look. It’s a soft color and it gives a ‘my lips but better’ sort of vibe.

Here’s the final look! What do you think? This look didn’t take too long to put together and I am quite pleased with how it came out. I hope you enjoyed today’s post. If you did, please consider following and subscribing here and on Instagram {@ emmadelfosse_mua). I post every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at 11AM PST. I hope to see you back on another beautiful day. Until next time, be bold, be beautiful, be YOU ❤ XO
