Hello beautiful people and thank you for stopping by today! Today I want to share with you my favorite eyeshadow palettes. I did my top five favorite palettes awhile ago and my favorite Colourpop palettes but never just my favorite eye palettes. I had a lot of fun going through my palettes and picking and choosing which ones I loved best. My choices are all over the board, so let’s see what they are!
First up, we have my favorite Morphe palettes. On the left, we have the 35I Icy Fantasy palette and on the right, we have the original Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette. I can’t seem to find the Icy Fantasy palette on the Ulta or the Morphe site so I don’t know if it’s been discontinued or what. If you can find it, though, I definitely suggest picking it up. It’s a gorgeous pastel palette that is perfect for the spring and summer! Since the shadows are pastel they’re not the most pigmented but they can easily be built up. The original Jaclyn Hill palette is one of my all-time favorite palettes. I love the neutrals, the rosy tones, and the four gem shades in the bottom left corner. The formulation is amazing, the shadows are buttery and pigmented which is everything I look for in a palette. I can’t wait to get her newest palette with all of the pinks and purples!

Next are some of my Colourpop palettes. If you didn’t guess, I love warmer tones so the Truly, Madly, Deeply palette is one of my favorites. I know a lot of people don’t like the pressed glitters in the palettes but I love glitter so I’m good with it. The shimmers in the Truly palette are quite light but very shimmery, especially when applied with your finger. The mattes are gorgeous and the formulation is amazing. All of the colors, in both palettes, are super buttery and smooth so they blend like an absolute dream. The second Colourpop palette I’m loving is the Bye Bye Birdie palette. I love the tones in this palette, especially the purples. I bought this right when it came out because I fell in love with the glitter shade that is second from the right in the middle row. It is just so stinkin’ pretty! I also really like the Super Shock shadow that is in the palette.

Huda Beauty has very quickly become one of my favorite brands. I own four of the square 9 pan palettes, I bought the New Nudes palette during last spring’s VIB sale, and this sale I bought the Mercury Retrograde palette. My two favorites are the new Nude Obsessions Light palette and, of course, the New Nude eyeshadow palette. I love wearing the New Nude palette when I’m looking for something soft and/or romantic or just feel like I want to feel elegant. The pastel purple and pink are my favorite shadows and the pearlized shimmers are so beautiful when applied with a finger. The Nude Obsessions Light palette is one of the palettes I got at IMATS this year. The shimmers are absolutely stunning, they really know how to do some amazing shimmers! The mattes are perfect on my fair skin and I sometimes pull it out when I need matte shadows and I just need the basics of a light and dark(er) brown. I love the addition of the pastel purple shimmer with all of the varying degrees of pink. The purple is what really sets the palette apart from other ‘light’ shadow palettes.

Lastly, we have the Anastasia Beverly Hills ‘Norvina’ palette and the Too Faced ‘Sweet Peach’ palette. I had been eyeing the ABH palette for a while and when I went to IMATS they had it for sale and the price was so good, I couldn’t pass it up! I have been trying to get into purples and the Norvina palette and my Colourpop ‘Lilac You A Lot’ palette have really made it easy for me to love purple shadows. The Norvina palette has the right amount of purples with some pinks and neutrals to balance it out so it isn’t too overwhelming. I love mixing the two pink and purple shimmers when I use this palette, I think it looks so girly and pretty. As for the Sweet Peach palette, I adore it! This past year is when I got my first Too Faced palettes and this one is one of the first ones I purchased. Firstly, it smells amazing and secondly, the formula is fantastic! The pinks in this palette are so pretty, they’re sort of duo-chrome like and the mattes are pigmented but are also very easy to blend out. My favorite look to do with this palette is to take one of those pinks I mentioned and use it on the inner part of my eyelid and then layer the green on the middle and outer part of my eyelid. It makes me feel very fresh… Kinda like a fruit, haha.
All of these palettes are ones I would, and have, recommended to friends and family. I love sharing what I’m loving with my friends and enabling their shopping 😁 What are some of your favorite eyeshadow palettes? I’m always on the hunt for something new to try.
